Overview of Low Center of Gravity Heavy Duty Polyamide Casters
Bracket features: The hardware bracket is made of high-quality A3 steel, with an ultra-low double-bead plate structure and a unique anti-steel wrist arc design, which is more durable and practical. It adopts a double-disc bead structure and high-strength rivets, making assembly more flexible and convenient. Through zinc plating, chrome plating, electrophoresis and blackening treatment, it has good acid, alkali and oxidation resistance. The quality inspection has reached the national standard.
Bearings and steel balls are made of high-quality bearing steel to ensure that the casters are flexible and firm.
Wheel Material:
It is made of high wear-resistant nylon by one-time molding. The larger wheel width enables the small wheel to withstand high loads. It is equipped with high-quality needle roller bearings or shaft steel ball bearings.
The advantages of heavy-duty low center of gravity casters are small eccentricity and heavy load-bearing, which is currently unattainable by Chinese technology.
Generally, fine machinery and equipment have high requirements for this. The high-strength nylon used in the wheels has good wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, and the bracket adopts dual-wave discs and dual-tracks, which can achieve the expected results in flexibility and load-bearing capacity. The double bearing is heavy and silent, and the single wheel adopts the double bearing design, which makes the wheel smooth and unobstructed when it is pushed. Innovative all-round pedal brake, light and anti-corrosion is more prominent.
