Production process of heavy duty casters
Heavy-duty casters are generally divided into two parts: plastic and hardware, and these two parts have their own different production processes.
1. Injection molding part
Baking material - blanking - injection molding - wheel - trimming - cooling - bearing installation
2. Hardware part
Embryo-pressing-drilling-forming-outer (heat treatment-electroplating)
After the two parts are completed, they will be uniformly entered into the assembly workshop for assembly, packaged and put into storage. So far the caster production is complete!
