Describe the reciprocating wear test method of stainless steel casters of industrial caster manufacturers

Stainless steel casters are waterproof, rust and corrosion resistant (suitable for wet environments). They are suitable for heavy duty mobile equipment in the food processing and catering industry.

In general, the environment where casters are used is an indoor environment at room temperature, so try to avoid using them in special environments such as high temperature, low temperature, high temperature, high acidity, high alkalinity, and high salt content.

Chemical solvent oils, sea water and liquids come into direct contact with the casters, which can reduce the efficiency of the casters.

When not in use, it is necessary to provide various reliable measures, such as the material of metal utensils, the material of casters, the material of lubricating oil, etc., and consider that some materials may cause stains on the ground.

Stainless steel casters, as the main force for furniture to and fro, inevitably wear and age.

The length of the reciprocating wear life directly affects the normal use of furniture products. Maybe some heavy furniture won't move easily once set up, but with casters that are used a lot, swivel chairs have to be tested rolling back and forth all day.

The continuous caster reciprocating wear test simulates the actual rolling conditions of the continuous caster in daily use.

It is divided into obstacle test and accessibility test. The casters are properly installed and placed on the test platform. Each test caster is fitted with 300N.

The test frequency is 6-8 times/min, and one test cycle includes forward and backward movements of 1M forward and 1M backward, and 5000 or 30000 tests on the obstacle test platform. There are 70,000 or 20,000 accessibility levels on the test bench. During testing, casters or other components are not allowed to disengage.

After testing, each caster should be able to drive its normal function. The caster, swivel around the axle, or the braking function of the caster should not be damaged after the test is completed.
